These booking fees are good for one reschedule if given a minimum of a 72 hour notice. If there is more than one reschedule with proper notice, a new deposit would be required to book. If given less than a 72 hour notice, the entire booking fee would be forfeited and a new one would be required to book. If you need to cancel you have 90 days to reschedule using the original deposit. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment without notice, you will be considered a no call/no show. Appointments cancelled under 24 hour notice and no call/no shows will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be banned from booking in the future.
